Location was perfect. Can easily walk to river and across Ponte Luis bridge to port wine lodges or uphill toward Torre de Clerigos, Sao Bento Station, etc. Dozens of good restaurants within short walking distance. Apartment was clean and accommodated a family of four adults. Well-furnished with just enough dishes etc. Good wifi. Communication with hosts was excellent.

What a hotel! A must stay when in Porto and we preferred staying on the Gaia side. Literally right next to port lodges and walkable to everything. It was like the Ritz Carlton with Marriot prices. We ate at the Yeatman restaurant which was the best meal of my life. Absolutely loved this place and will be returning.

Great location; close to many port lodges and a short stroll from the Ponte Luis I bridge. Delicious breakfast, great coffee. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Vila Nova de Gaia is a great location for visiting Port. Lots to do on the riverfront, restaurants and Port Lodges. Then, a short walk across the bridge into Porto. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable. We met Paula when we parked our car (included in the price, in a monitored lot, close by). They own the store/restaurant across the street from the apartment where breakfast is provided. Paula was extremely nice and gave us some good recommendations on the area. She was a pleasure to meet.

Friendly and informative staff. Great breakfast. Location superb - on the river across from the port lodges and adjacent to the bridge and historical centre. Tram stop directly outside the hotel.

The hotel was exceptional. The location was excellent, and our room had an amazing view of the city. The breakfast was very good with eggs and bacon made to order and a delicious buffet of other treats. While everything was excellent, the service of the staff members was the most memorable part. They helped us arrange for restaurants in the evening as well as coordinated a tour at one of the wine lodges. The location is also excellent for accessing all of Porto and walking to Gaia.

Paola was very responsive to questions about the apartment. Very clean. In a wonderful location in the heart of the lodges. I would stay here again.
