It has a beautiful view of snowy mountains, is very quiet, and is nicely decorated. Everything was clean and well-kept, and we felt like we were in a dream. The cabin owner is so kind and helped us right away with any questions. We highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a peaceful and relaxing getaway. ❤️

Everything from the location, to the treatment by the managers, the food made by their partner cook and delivered to our cabin —without waking us up in the morning, just left outside.. 10/10 We also had a little misunderstanding about the cabin we booked and got all the help possible 🧡 Beyond services and location, the cabin itself was perfect: clean, quiet, warm, plenty of space, fully made of wood inside and out.. Couldn't ask for more. We'll be back :) PS: It's completely surrounded by trees, so the air is the cleanest I have ever breathed.

Cats came to visit us, it was cute.

Făgăraș Fortress is 43 km from the lodge, while Balea Waterfall is 12 km from the property. Sibiu International Airport is 56 km away. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Ursu. The owner is very friendly and made us feel very welcome! The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, a good shower, and a pleasant balcony, a great place to watch the sky, enjoy a late afternoon tea, or enjoy a glass of wine. We definitely recommend it!
