The original room we had booked had a glitch with the water heater and so we were offered an alternative room at a higher price. We took the alternative room and it was wonderful. We hadn't stayed in such a wonderful place before. It was a 2 bedroom house with all facilities including a beautifully decorated hall, Smart TV, Harman Kardon speakers etc. The host was very accommodating. The location was excellent and we had a few puppies welcoming us. Overall, a great place to stay.

The location is great, and the terrace facing the forest is wonderfully private and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfy. The private sauna was an amazing bonus!

Villa Helena is a fantastic place with incredible hosts who go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable, cozy, and warm as possible. They welcomed us with local drinks and offered the option of ordering local breakfast and dinner. The villa is located near breathtaking nature spots, where you can book a boat trip with the hosts to explore the area, visit an ice cave, or see the local griffon vultures. This is truly an amazing spot, tucked away from people – perfect for relaxation and a wonderful time. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, Helena

There was a lot of dry firewood in the box near it and everything needed to use a stove. Also there is heating in every room with thermostat. It is so convenient. The apartment is cozy and clean, situated in the quiet place. Only the road is rather steep, so it is difficult to use it in snowy weather, but you can park a car near the main road in that case. Beds are comfortable, and I like the linen very much. The door lock has some specialty so it is better to ask how to lock or unlock the door. The hosts and their daughter are very kind and was ready to help us any moment.
