Surrounded by nature and the occasional sounds of wildlife, Khaosok Riverside Cottages offers wooden accommodation, steps away from a calm river. Free WiFi is provided in the shared lounge. Lovely experience. We had a room overlooking by river and it was lovely seeing the wildlife from the terrace. Wildlife in the trees, running beneath the structures and swimming down the river, fantastic. Beds comfortable with netting and fully functional private bathroom. Highly recommended.

Monkey Mansion - Jungalows & Tours is located 900 metres from Khao Sok National Park. It features a private garden with plenty of plants. Mountain views can be enjoyed from the terrace. Fantastic garden. Helpful staff in organising all the trips, including the transfers. Bungalows are simple but enough, a single fan was enough for a good sleep with windows open (late July)

The entire experience was enjoyable, from the host’s warm welcome to the mountain views over the rice paddies, the room, the food. The rooms are spotlessly clean thoughtfully furnished and very comfortable. The coffee setup in the room was very impressive. The congee at breakfast (made with rice, meat and veg from the farm) was simple and refined. It might be the best pork meatball in soup I’ve had in Thailand. I would go back just for another bowl!

The location is exceptional, right in the middle of the jungle. The amenities are rustic and beautiful. The staff is helpful in their caver breakfast was awesome.

With a peaceful beachfront location on Ko Phayam, Sabai Sabai offers private bungalows and free WiFi access. Fantastic place. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, and it is a very laid back and relaxing atmosphere. Everything I was hoping for. I ended up deciding to stay for one extra night, because I was enjoying it so much. I stayed in a waterfront bungalow for the majority of my stay (moved to a different room for my added on night), and it was perfect. The beach at Sabai Sabai is beautiful, and when I was here at the end of November, was really only used by thise staying at Sabai Sabai, so it was nice and quiet. Not at all crowded. I wipl definitely try to come back again, next time I am in Thailand.

There is room in the bathroom for your stuff. The bed is big and cozy. The room is spacious. And the views!!!! Wow! I’ll never forget it. I love that they don’t serve water in plastic. The restaurant is perfectly situated for the sunset and the food is tasty. They made me an early breakfast to take back on the boat. I just can’t say enough about this place. Oh, and also it’s in a good location so you can walk into town, such as it is. I hear there are good bars there. Not my thing.
