The staffs (2 mohammed at the reception) were extremely accomodating and hospitable. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The king cave room was superb as seen in photos thou the room is a bit dark due to lighting. A private ATV, horse backriding and jeep safari activites were arranged by the hotel. It was the best experience! (ATV sunset-a must do)

The staff was very kind and helpful, they organized our hot air balloon tour, the green tour and arranged an airport transfer for us too. They offered that there is a possibility for a horse-riding tour, jeep safari, and quad biking, which they can also help with, but we wanted to explore the area on foot. :)

Room and the staff treat us like family members and the environment created for the stay is comfy. They can also help you organise trip if needed around the town or safari.

Staff (Sam) was exceptionally helpful in guiding us with the balloon ride, affordable and tasty food etc. The Jeep safari he arranged with driver Mohammed was the best in our whole Turkey trip. Cant explain how good Mohammed was. Sam is fluent in English, Hindi, Pastho which helped us.

I have stayed here twice, access is close to everywhere, breakfast is included, the price is affordable but the facilities are really good, if you want a consultation on a pleasant holiday, you can order a jeep safari/red/green balloon tour or airport service from the receptionist, he is very helpful and The most affordable prices compared to other travel agents, an LOONA IS MY MOOD BOOSTER❤️🥰

Very friendly staff, the staff took their time to explain what are things to do in the city. Overall, it was a great experience, and I felt like home while I was there. Thank you Göreme Cave Lodge.

Made to feel welcome by Ali & his son. They kindly arranged airport transfer, sunrise balloon flight & sunset jeep safari which I highly recommend them all! Really enjoyed breakfast each morning & we loved our cave suite, jacuzzi and balcony. Location was perfect too with restaurant & shops opposite & Turkish Baths nearby. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great location, close to the centre yet very peaceful. We booked an exec room which was very nice and comfortable. What makes this place exceptional are the staff in particular Anya, Harun & Murat. They are a real credit to this lodge. Always there to help with a genuine smile on their faces. They always have time for you. There is a real family feel here with the owner Bilal always around making sure everyone is happy. A true gentleman.
