It’s completely off grid and still super cute, cozy, and comfortable with everything we needed. This was the perfect spot to stay while exploring Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Great location for visiting the national park and it was super cool to listen to the rainforest sounds at night outside the property. Very clean, great shower and useful to have the mini kitchen with fridge and microwave. Staff were very responsive and helpful regards check in as we were a last minute booking. Highly recommend! Great value as well.

Comfortable, tasteful upgraded country motel. Very clean and lovely fresh furniture. Waimea was a great little town to escape the tourist trap of Kona and the run down Hilo. We wish we had spent our entire time on the Big Island here.

Situated on the black sands of Kauai, the oldest of the Hawaiian Islands, these oceanfront cottages in Waimea have been restored with plantation-period furniture and feature patios overlooking the... The staff was very supportive, we had made a mistake with the reservation, but the staff went over and beyond to ensure we could have the best possible stay, and I did make a world of difference! Great care, support and flexibility, also the structure is unique, and so beautiful it is amazing!!

Location: 5 min drive to the entrance of the Volcano park..( we were so lucky to catch an eruption ! ) Short drive to store. Hardly any restaurants ,Kilauea Lodge, a Thai restaurant and Volcano Lodge that is about it! Room: Very nice comfy, clean, microwave, coffee machine, small fridge. We brought our breakfast with us. Decor particularly in the bathroom is quirky ,large shower nice soft towels, toiletries, hairdryer.

We were on a budget which is difficult in Hawaii but this property helped us sleep five comfortably. Very friendly staff at check in. Accommodations were modest but so is the price so that’s ok.
