We did the Cao Bang loop self-guided and the view from this guesthouse's garden was better than most of our trip. This is the kind of place you book for the view and surroundings. It's very peaceful and we would have happily spent an extra day here just hanging out and admiring the view. It's also the gateway to a stunning and very underrated valley in the Cao Bang region. The rooms were simple, but clean, and did the job. The host was able to accommodate our vegan diet for dinner and breakfast. It had surprisingly fast wifi given the remote location. We even met someone working remotely while staying there, which is a great idea. We would highly recommend people stay here when doing the Cao Bang loop or visiting Ban Gioc Waterfall. We wish we could have stayed an extra day!

This is probably the best value place we have stayed in Vietnam. The place looks brand new and was decorated with good taste. Very romantic place and very comfortable rooms. Very conviently located just outside of Cao Bang, away from traffic, but with a perfect view on the city. In addition very decently priced!

Com vista da montanha, Hồ Thang Hen localiza-se em Trà Linh e possui um restaurante, serviço de quartos, bar e jardim. O acesso Wi-Fi gratuito é disponibilizado. We loved our stay! The room is very comfortable, 2 pillows each! Towels and soap provided :) The area is super quite and lovely, with a great little cafe and restaurant overlooking the lake. It is just so serene and relaxing. I would recommend to anyone!

MiCasa - Nhà gác mái trên đỉnh đồi localiza-se em Cao Bang e fornece acesso Wi-Fi gratuito, uma piscina exterior, um jardim e um terraço. Location was perfect - little bit far away from the city, you have to use taxi, if you want to downtown - but that was what I was looking for. Little bit wild, really natural. Personal was quite relaxed, but did for you everything you want. Room was cozy and clean.
