She was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. She went above and beyond. We love you Lin!! The food and drinks they offered were also great!! We stayed here 2 nights and honestly wished we extended our stay. If you’re visiting Cat Ba Island, absolutely stay here.

The staff were wonderful: friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their genuine kindness made the stay even more special.
