They did great jobs, understand and do the best thing for customers in their abilites. Room was cleaned, wifi so strong, wonderful breafast, bed very comfortable and hot bathtub with much hot water. After we checked out, we could leave luggages in hotel and rest in the lobby until night train.

Tom and his family are fantastic hosts—welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything, from arranging transport to offering tours. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in Sa Pa. We will definitely be back!

Guests at Chapa Ecolodge can enjoy an Asian breakfast. A wonderful place with clean rooms, hot showers, a bathtub, a kettle, and an incredible view from the window. The location is just 10 minutes by taxi from the city center, so it was quiet. The hotel also had a kitchen — I especially enjoyed the honey chicken, pancakes, pho bo, and mint & ginger tea. I would like to highlight the staff separately. In all my years of traveling to different countries, this was probably the most attentive and responsive manager I have ever met. Overall, we were more than satisfied :)

Good facilities with access to clean swimming pool. Next to it, we have eaten so delicious homemade food prepared by stuff. The owner itself was so helpful and arranged for us even transport. Thank you so much for the perfect days. One of the highlights of my trip in Vietnam. Beautiful and quiet surroundings, the owners are lovely and show you around the nature and villages. Also the food is great, and I even learned hoe to harvest cinnamon! Can’t recommend it enough!
