I was there during Christmas time, we even had an Christmas event. Room was cozy, clean and comfortable. The space is perfect to rest and connect with nature and yourself.

The staff was absolutely incredible - very helpful and polite, and they brought drinks & fruit to our room everyday for free. They also checked for us if the boat tours are open (we stayed there during time a big typhoon was passing by due to which many attractions were closed) and recommended us various activities to do around the city instead. The hotel is located bit out of the city, but it is still reacheable by Grab, and its surroundings in the nature were spectacular. They offered us daily spa-footbath for free as well, which was a really nice touch.

The staff were very nice, from check in to check out, and even lent us free bikes to use to ride around to attractions! There was the cutest puppy during our stay there who was super playful and adorable

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. I had an excellent stay this hotel in Ninh Binh, Vietnam. The location was perfect, nestled in the scenic rice fields and conveniently close to major attractions like Mua Cave. We rented a motorbike from the hotel, making it easy to reach all the sights within 10 minutes. Since Ninh Binh isn't pedestrian-friendly, I highly recommend renting a motorbike for 200,000-250,000 VND per day. The staff were amazing from the moment I booked. They provided constant updates and made the airport transfer from Hanoi seamless. The price was the same as a Grab ride, but the hotel arranged a nice SUV for us. Housekeeping ensured our rooms were always tidy, with toiletries replenished daily. The reception staff were friendly and approachable at all times. Overall, the entire staff made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.
