Wow, this place was truly one of a kind and so special! The Homestay was clean, convenient and a great location that was lovely and quiet but with easy access to all the attractions. This being said however, the number one thing about this Homestay is the owner - Huy!
He went above and beyond with everything from making breakfast, offering lunch/dinner options, as well as helping book tours/transport and anything else you required! I can’t thank you enough Huy. This was one of the best Homestay’s I’ve ever experienced and I can’t wait for upcoming guests to experience this Homestay too!

Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. What a lovely stay with a good family. The owner picked me up at 5am from where the night bus dropped me off. It's one of the cleanest and nicest homestays I've stayed in. Nice big double bed plus the mattress wasn't too hard.Plus they didn't even charge me for the night I got off the night bus. You can book tours with them and rent bikes. Amazing stay would definitely recommend to anyone. 10/10

Staff super attentive and nothing too much trouble...bookings, rebooting and drinks and snacks. Eco lodges are that. Rustic and interestingly (in a good way) put together. Air con great and mozzie nets on beds... needed but not for mozzies. Shower and bathroom more than adequate.

Ecolodge has everything you need, everything you want. The owners are very kind, smiling and proposes everything you’ll need to have a great Time in Phong Nha. (Caves guided tour, free bikes, motorcycle location) Breakfasts are good, Vietnamese coffees are excellent ! Pool is definitely a plus ! Thanks again, we will gladly recommand you to others friends who would came here one day ! ☺️ (Nicest dogs and kids you’ll ever see 😃)

The owners went above and beyond with any and all requests. They assisted with activities, transport etc etc. We were even treated to the famous Barbeque. The location was on point and we were dropped of a the lodge on our boat trip to the caves as a bonus. We were offered many cups of hot ginger tea as comfort in the cold weather. Exceptional value for money

The hotel owner, Son, was extremely nice and he taught us how to drive a motorbike and even came to check on our safety when we were taking a long time. The breakfast was tasty,, the lodges cosy and the staff kind. Son always went out of his way to make sure we were looked after and had everything we need. Highly recommend.

We really like that the Lodge was a little outside the city, so it was quiet and peaceful, but close enough to have some restaurant around and only a short bike or scooter ride away from the main city. The stuff was very friendly and helped with everything! We loved the outdoor shower. The pick up service in the middle of the night and a room we could already use were big bonuses. We would really recommend this place for everyone who wants some peace and great service.

Very cozy bungalow, super nice family, very good food. It‘s location is also top: more quiet next to a school and not where all the hotels/hostels are but still everything we needed was close. I highly recommend to stay at Phong Nha Ecolodge.
