Johan and his team is such sincere people. They made us feel at home. Never before did we feel like we were with friends instead of being a just a guest. This people go out of their way to accommodate their guests in fair requests and they did more then expected to make us feel welcome. What a wonderful stay. The Game Drive is really affordable and should not be missed out on. What an experience. The variety of game to be seen is fantastic and some of them is so used to the vehicle, we could take the most wonderfull pictures of waterbok, waterbuffalo, giraffe, eland, sabels, etc. with our cellphones. The views are exceptional. And so was our tourguide. Thank you Johan!!! The amenities are nothing to complain about. Everything was just perfect. Thank you!

Situated in the foothills of the Drakenberg Escarpment, Wild Horses Lodge features a tranquil garden with an outdoor pool overlooking the Sterkfontein Dam. Very nice overall. Food was really outstanding and a differentiating factor of the hotel.
