Riverside Guest Lodge offers panoramic views of Grobbelaars River and Swartberg Mountains. It offers air-conditioned rooms and wooden cottages. We renewed our wedding vows at the Lodge. The facilities were beautiful, the views were spectacular and the beds were the best I slept in my entire time in south Africa. We will be back when we visit south Africa again. Thank you

Located in the Assegaay Nature Reserve just outside the town of VanWyksdorp, Rooiberg Lodge features an outdoor swimming pool and on-site restaurant all surrounded by the Rooiberg Mountain Range. Wow! We drove the" wrong" way over the rooiberg pass and arrived the back way, so this felt even more like a dramatic arrival into paradise! Riaan made us feel so welcome- lit fires, advised walking tracks and checked us in. The dinner was one of the best we had on South Africa. Great wine, roaring fire, good coffee and breakfast.... I would happily hole up in room 8 for at least a week. Thank you all for a fabulous stay.

Sanbona Wildlife Reserve is an authentic and contrasting natural space, conveniently located along Route 62, a mere 3.5 hours from Cape Town in the arid Little Karoo. Sanbona is a magical place. The safaris, Bianca our guide, the staff & service were fanatic and we enjoyed our time as a family.
