What made our stay so special: ⭐ The Friendly Staff – A huge thank you to Angel, Armstrong, and the lovely ladies from the restaurant for their warm hospitality. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel right at home. 🐾 The Dogs! – We absolutely fell in love with Layla—what a beautiful soul! We already miss her so much. Peanut, Raisin, and the little Jack Russell (whose name escapes me) were also such wonderful companions. It was a joy having them around. 🏡 The Chalet – Simply amazing! It was beyond what we had imagined—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. 🌿 The Lodge & Surroundings – The entire place is breathtaking. The natural beauty of Oribi Gorge combined with the peaceful atmosphere of the lodge made for the perfect getaway. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience! We will definitely be back.

Location, location, location This property is a small gem in the KwaZulu-Natal game reserve area. It has a small private game reserve where you can view giraffe, gnala, impala, wildebeest and tons of birds at a nice slow pace but is minutes away from others close by where you can view the big 5. The price/value ratio is excellent. The service is astoundingly good! Marli was just wonderful booking all the game drives that we wanted. Duiker has an excellent future ahead for itself.

Excellent experience overall! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our Game Driver Sibu was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the land/animals as well as kept us safe while exploring this beautiful lodge.

Tugela River Lodge ligger på bredden af Tugela-floden, 22 km nord for Winterton. Der tilbydes indkvartering med egen forplejning 13 km fra naturreservatet Spioenkop og 22 km fra Winterton Museum. We really enjoyed our time at Tugela River Lodge. There’s so many things to do within the property like kayak, mountain bike, trails, and little farm area. It’s very clean and the staff and owner are super friendly and always willing to assist. The farm stall has a lot of supplies, so if you forget anything you wouldn’t even need to drive out. Very pet friendly as well - everything we could do with our little mini dachshund. She loved her time there and the fenced off area is big and safe. The wood-fired tub is an amazing way to wind down. The view is amazing and Bheki always comes to help fire it up ahead of time. All in all a fantastic experience as a couple, and I’m sure it’d be lovely for a family and friends group too!

Matusadona Guest Lodge ligger i Bothas bakke i dalen med 1000 bakker og har have og udendørs pool. Durban ligger 28 km fra ejendommen. Der er gratis wi-fi. The location was easy to find. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the pool was also spotlessly clean. They have a good Wi-Fi. The staff were extremely accommodating, warm and helpful (John and Panache), they made us feel at home and made sure we had everything we needed. John even went as far as helping us with our luggage on our arrival and when we leave, he also opened the kitchen for us after hours to warm our food and helped us with it. He is such an amazing person. Panache prepared the pool area for us to enjoy the view have a picnic. They provided a wonderful breakfast, they created a home away from home atmosphere. Everything was lovely and exactly as it is in the pictures.

Mpeti Lodge ligger i Mkuze og tilbyder familievenlig indkvartering med adgang til have og udendørs dyb pool, der er åben året rundt. Everything was on point. Food was so delicious 😇
