Zur Alten Mine is situated 5 km outside of Graskop. Guests can walk around the dam in the gardens or hike up to the old mine. Everything was perfect. Very nice hosting, he explained us where to go and what to do before we book our safari, the chalet was great, very clean and beautiful. We’ve made great pictures. The place is in a beautiful area, it was an easy drive, easy to find the place too. Staff were very kind, breakfast was great.

The location is extremely beautiful. Mornings are wonderful because we could have breakast with the special members of the resort - Giraffes, Zebras and lots of jumping Impalas!

We had a great stay. It has breathtaking views from executive room. The rooms have excellent design, comfortable and clean. The hosts are nice. This lodge is a must-visit on a trip to Kruger park or back just for relaxing. I very rarely rate hotels as 10, but this is one of the few.

We also - thanks to the guide and tracker - had amazing leopard sightings. We had an amazing time and definitely would love to come back. Recommended!!
