The lounge was delightful. Loved the dining room and the food was spot on the mark. Themba (chef) prepared the best meal of the 40 day tour for my wife! The game viewing stands were fun and a breakfast visit from the herd of Sable Antelopes was awesome. If you are within 200km of this lodge then GO HERE and make your stay for at least two nights (I wish we had). This will be mandatory stay on our next trip to RSA, and hopefully in warmer days

Beautifully decorated lodge located within 10 minutes of Augrabies Falls National Park. Very comfy lobby, dining, sitting and outdoor areas. Rooms were super spacious and very nicely decorated. Dinner was very tasty as was breakfast and the wine list was excellent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is also a small asphalt landing strip next to the hotel for small aircraft in the event one wants to fly there. The house cat is also very friendly. :-) In short, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

This hotel offers peaceful accommodation in a garden setting with an outdoor pool and tiled terrace. Guests can stay in hotel rooms or in dome-shaped suites with a thatched roof. Lovely room with a nice view. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We wished we’d stayed two nights. Hope to return.

Well laid out room with all amenities for cooking and braaiing, indoor and outdoor showering and comfortable sleeping. The hosts were full of information but also left us to our privacy. The kitchen provided a great dinner and a very sumptuous breakfast.

The hosts were perfect and after a very long drive they did everything to make us comfortable. The walk up the Koppie was unexpected and a real treat. If you want noise and nightlife do not go but if you want tranquility under the stars it is just the perfect place.

This place is absolutely idealfor couple, family and friends. The room is clean and big, the beds are confortable. You are in the middle of desert and during the night you hear just wind/birds. Animals are sundered and it takes 1 hour (with a normal car 1hour and half) to go to kgalagadi n. P. The common space is huge and well-equipped. We have all we need.

The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderfully comfortable and pleasant. It was really hot but we found refuge on the patio underneath the thatch roof or retreated to our cool bedroom. The outdoor shower was a treat but a little corrugated iron plunge pool would have been a great bonus ;) We were very grateful that the other guests left and we were able to use the swimming pool that belonged to the other little house on the property.
