Zur Alten Mine is situated 5 km outside of Graskop. Guests can walk around the dam in the gardens or hike up to the old mine. Everything, very clean, organized, cozy and had everything you needed. Location is very pretty and peaceful. I loved everything about it. Would go back time and time again.

Waking up to the sounds of nature and the sight of the stunning landscape right from our window was a daily delight. Staff: The staff at Milima Big 5 went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. They were attentive, friendly, and always available to assist with anything we needed. Food: The culinary experience was a highlight in itself. Each meal was a delightful adventure, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The quality and presentation of the food were exceptional, adding to the overall luxury of our stay. Wildlife Experience: The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the wildlife. Guided by our fantastic guide, Sydney, we embarked on thrilling game drives, witnessing an abundance of animals in their natural habitat. Sydney's knowledge and passion for wildlife enriched our experience, making each sighting more special. Super pleasant and uncomplicated communication with the lodge. Warm welcome, sensational support, assistance is always offered on every topic. The breakfast was incredible - not only was it presented in a first-class manner, it was also super freshly prepared. the atmosphere of the lodge with its attention to the smallest detail is unbelievable! we felt welcome and at home from the very first second - the reality is even better than the pictures suggest! Thank you very much for this great experience - we enjoyed every second and are already looking forward to our next trip to South Africa.

I liked the reception we had. I also met out guide whose name means "Hapiness". We then had an exquisite dinner under the stars with the owners. The food was so good I went for "seconds" (and therefore missed out on the dessert!). We loved the breakfast because we were by now friends with other guests - from Brazil and Saudi Arabia. It was a great experience

They truly provided a once in a lifetime experience for us, getting close to animals and doing their best to take on any requests. Their local perspective, knowledge and stories added a unique twist compared to other game drives we've done. Never was the outgoing friendly Energetic personality while Mateo added a sense of safety in the bush. As mentioned they both have outstanding knowledge. Never's game drives are like a fun learning experience while driving through the African bush. Mateo has many years of experience in tracking and we enjoyed his in depth knowledge.
