Lovely staff even though I didn't speak a word of Japanese, and they couldn't speak English it was funny trying to communicate. Large enough room for enough space, low lighting too.

I like how the staff members treated us, but the hotel itself is not what I was expecting too, we have to leave on the back door, call them if we have to leave and come back. Breakfast wasn’t good. It’s a very odd place
