The pros of this kind of hotel is you get ALOT OF SPACE. Right near the station. Would definitely stay again.

It is a love hotel which we didn't know but this was down to us not reading the description throughly. This didn't bother us, we wasn't woken by people coming and going and wasn't disturbed in any other way. The room and hotel is beautifully presented and themed throughout. The bed was clean and comfy. There is alcohol, food, amenities and toiletries all free of charge in the lobby. We had no issue with staff as mentioned in previous reviews. They were helpful and polite, using their translator device to talk to us, we shared a laugh on occasion and they explained everything well for us to have a late check out. Besides a bit of dust we couldn't fault this hotel. Location was perfect, right on a main underground metro route a few minutes walk away. 7 eleven and family mart a few minutes walk as well as bars, restaurants and a 10 minute walk into Shinjuku and about 10 minutes train to Shibuya.

We slept really well, and despite reviews suggesting it would be noisy, we didn't hear a peep from other rooms. We went for our last night of honeymoon for a bit of a laugh, and were surprised by the quality of the room for such a low price. The jacuzzi bath was amazing!
