Very good service and customer orientation. Initially, we made a mistake and took the wrong number that we wanted. But they helped us to re-register for a suite with a minimum surcharge. Breakfast and dinner are beyond praise. The service and quality are at the level of Michelin restaurants and cheap. Javier, the manager responsible for the dining room, creates a cozy home environment. Thank you Javier! Special thanks to the reception manager Emanuel for prompt and high-quality assistance in solving our extra whims, we really appreciate it!

It is an amazing hotel!!Upon availability we had our upgrade to our Rome so it was a fantastic issue. Room and all staff of the hotel made our holiday an exciting adventure. People are very kind and respond to any issue. Also the position of the hotel is great for walking in city center.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Suites Plaza Hotel. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The hotel went out of its way to welcome us - providing us with a free suite upgrade, complimentary champagne and goodbye gifts. The room was very comfortable and the location of the hotel was great as well. We highly recommend.
