We would like to express our special gratitude to the hotel staff! The service is 10 out of 10! We are very satisfied with our stay! We definitely recommend it! The children were playing in the pool on the 8th floor, In the evening, we noticed that our daughter's earring was missing! We weren't even sure if it had been lost in the pool! The next day, the earring was found in the pool filter and returned to us!! Regarding the apartments, they were exceptionally clean upon arrival and in public areas! The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped! There were 2 adults and 2 children. We cooked at home. There was everything we needed. There was a large supermarket and a shopping mall nearby with everything we needed. The pool was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and it was much better in the apartment building on the 8th floor than on the roof of the hotel (where we went in the summer). In the winter, it might be better on the roof, as it was completely sheltered from the wind. The staff was extremely friendly and responsive to our requests and needs! The shopping mall on the 0th floor has sports grounds: roller rentals, table tennis, and badminton.

Everything was amazing, the apartment is spacious, clean and smells divine. The beds were comfortable, the washrooms had hot water and clean towels. The kitchen had all basic amenities and the host was kind enough to leave us coffee, tea and biscuits for our stay (and some chocolates). The living room was spacious and sofas comfortable. The host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this stay, especially when with family.

Awesome villa! Khalid and the staff were super kind, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. We had a one-night stay, and it was truly the most amazing experience — we wish we could have stayed longer! The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and spending quality time with family or friends. The community was friendly and cozy, and we felt very safe and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location is also perfect — close to Yas Mall, Yas Marina, theme parks, and other entertainment and recreational facilities on Yas Island, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring. We genuinely appreciated the extra care and hospitality shown by Khalid and his team. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, whether for a short getaway or a longer stay. We will definitely be coming back!

The staff assistant is surely better than in any other hotel, we didn’t near “no” for any of our requests from housekeeping, reception, room service, spa.. everyone was extremely helpful and we got a cake for celebration, room decoration, late check out, and everything we could need! Everything was perfect, the room, the bathroom, the amenities and the pool and beach access. Until I left my bags to the Concierge. When I retrieved it, it was full of bugs and ants which is unacceptable for a 4 or 5 stars hotel.
