Awesome villa! Khalid and the staff were super kind, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. We had a one-night stay, and it was truly the most amazing experience — we wish we could have stayed longer! The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and spending quality time with family or friends. The community was friendly and cozy, and we felt very safe and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location is also perfect — close to Yas Mall, Yas Marina, theme parks, and other entertainment and recreational facilities on Yas Island, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring. We genuinely appreciated the extra care and hospitality shown by Khalid and his team. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, whether for a short getaway or a longer stay. We will definitely be coming back!

It is very cosy apartment. Really huge. There were 4 bedrooms: First bedroom: King size bed, bathroom, TV Second and third bedrooms are similar: Two double beds, there can sleep 4 people. Wardrobe Fourth bedroom is without window but with private bathroom and toilet. This bedroom for 1 person. The living room has sofa, on which 2 persons can sleep. And there is huge dinner table and 8 chairs. Kitchen is cosy: there is everything for cooking. Then there are washing machine and balcony with nice swing. So there are 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms. Carrefour is next to the building, there are a lot of taxi. Apartment’s location is good. It is next to the SeaWorld, it will take 15 min - walking distance. To Ferrari park we got by taxi for 12 AED and 6 min. To waterworld and Warner brothers park 7 min and 13 AED. The apartment is wonderful, so beautiful and instagramable))) At night it was a little bit cold. But noise isolation is good, we didn’t listen to planes sounds at night when windows closed
