This was our first visit to Jermuk. The hotel is modern, stylish, tasteful design. The hotel staff is very friendly, high quality service, tasty homemade food. The view from our room was fantastic! If you book the room with balcony you will not regret! The procedures in the health center were good.

    Very nice and helpful staff, very nice room, comfortable beds, free parking, nice location, amazing swming pool and warm jacuzzi, modern facilities, hotel was luxury. The best was the staff on the bar which prepared for us some stuff and delivered it even to our room!

    Once in a lifetime experience, specially for a westerner. We were teleported into Soviet era sanitarium experience but with absolutely modern and luxurious facilities. The whole experience was pleasantly absurd, if that makes sense.
