The location was a few minutes away from Lake Sevan, I mistakenly thought it was closer to the lake shores. That did not put us off though as we couldn’t ask for a better host. One of the kindest people met in Armenia, he’ll go the extra mile to help you. The rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable. They have a parking space which was good too. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast was delicious too. For the warmer days, there’s a swimming pool and sun loungers in a private garden, which we did not use.

Hotel is lovely! Beds are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The view from the window is fascinating. Air feels like pure oxygen filling your lungs. The day was chilly, and the Chef, a talented 28-year-old, believe it or not, offered a freshly cooked signature soup served in clay pot, topped with a delicious crispy crust. Yummy!!!!

This villa is a true gem. The house is cozy, filled with natural light, and tastefully furnished. It's equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a fantastic breakfast made from local products. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. The legendary Armenian hospitality is absolutely true in the case of this host. The service was amazing and extremely helpful with everything. They even prepared breakfast earlier just for us and arranged transportation to the airport. The breakfasts were very tasty. The property is located in a rapidly developing part of the city, with a 24/7 supermarket nearby. It’s also close to the trail junction leading to the Three Peaks Trail and Haghartsin Monastery. Beautiful views of the surrounding area. Highly recommended!"

All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and made our stay very special. The rooms are very comfortable and in great condition. The pool with a view is lovely and breakfast was good too. We were so happy to find this hotel!

Karine and Tigram are very nice hosts and did everything to make my stay comfortable. The house is modern and has a big garden and a playground for kids. The rooms are also quite big and have everything you need. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean.
