Staff was welcoming and very helpful. The bedroom had amazing views. The lounge room is cosy and has great views too. The breakfast is lovely, the kitchen area was available for guest to cook from the late afternoon. The place is very clean and well decorated.I will come back . I really enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful, quiet, secluded location by the mountain, with expedited access to the Gastein valley and the mountains. Excellent base for a summer mountain escape.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bergkristall! The whole place is very well appointed and impeccably clean, and the sauna feels very new as well. At my partner's birthday dinner, our host gave us great recommendations on wine and an absolutely delicious birthday digestif. The food served was locally sourced, and we believe it's the best food you can get in Mallnitz, and at a very reasonable price too (pretty confident we tried all the available restaurants in Mallnitz!) I still dream of the beds we had...sooo comfy. Best sleep I've had in years. All this is to say that our hosts clearly put a lot of thought into this place, and it really shows. Thank you, we'll be coming back for sure!

Good hotel, but the main point here - it is EXCEPTIONAL sauna. I put below some pictures of it. Finnish sauna, wet sauna, turkish hammam, spacious rest area with water beds, tea corner, everything brand new! Of course, you got bathrobe, towels etc. Good breakfast and dinner (we took half board). Clean and spacious room with balcony. Friendly staff. Parking.

Exceptional food (breakfast & dinner), very friendly and kind staff. The wellness area is really good, it's nice to look at the slopes while chilling in the heated outside pool. Every part of the hotel is kept clean. We liked that the hotel is not that small but still has a family-owned vibe and friendly atmosphere.
