There was an issue with the room we had booked so the team promptly contacted us and moved us to a myQuartier apartment on the other side of town. This was a newer apartment and was in a good location so actually it worked out perfectly for us. Communication was very good, the My Quartier team responded quickly to any queries.

The ladies are incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment is super clean and well-equipped, though it doesn’t have an oven. The location is excellent, the view is stunning, and it’s quiet at night, despite the soundproofing not being perfect.
