The Florance exceeded our expectations. The location was very central, parking was included, the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious. The staff including the owner of the property were welcoming and friendly. The decor of the place - mixed modern and vintage - was very tasteful and beautiful.

The view both sides was amazing, the Apartment had everything we needed , inclusive of a wide selection of Teas. The Arty Decor made us feel right at home. Perfect central location and always able to get an E Scooter. Quite at night and very comfortable bedding and pillows. Will definitely stay again!

As soon as we walked in, we were wowed by ‘The Salon’ This apartment was beautifully appointed and there was nothing that we feel could have been done to make it any better. Everything is fresh and new. The bed was extremely comfortable, fitted with beautiful bed linen. Gorgeous big bathroom. Stunning apartment, we didn’t want to leave.

The property is beautifully renovated and presented with loads of character and plenty of amenities/comforts. Whilst we were only there for one night it provided us with a unique experience in a great part of Launceston. Good restaurants and cafes nearby. We plan to visit again for a longer stay.
