Modern and very stylish place. Very nice and helpful staff. Very high level hospitality. Beautiful breakfast, afternoon coffee with the cake was very nice addition.

All was exceptional, Kempinsky Hotel will surely see us again soon. However the one problem we had, was the problem with the double bed in our room that was disappointing. It is 2 single beds moved together ( terrible) it was however resolved with additional bedding and was slightly more comfortable.It would be good if double beds can be supplied and not single beds just moved together. Furthermore your hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Thank you and your staff was brilliant.

We were met on arrival at the property by Askar, who was very friendly and professional. We had a dedicated parking space, and the property exceeded our expectations. It was very big. Bathrooms in every room. Laundry space. Kitchen with all equipment. And a sauna inside also. We have never experienced such high quality or luxury accommodation in Europe as this. Something we are accustomed to in the Middle and Far East. The service level and the property and location were superb. We appreciated the daily cleaning and they had great attention to detail refilling coffee and water and so on. Thank you team for this experience.

Large, perfectly clean, very well equiped appartment with nice terrace view on watterfalls. Simon was great host, gave us good advices. It was great stay.
