This hotel is clearly one of the best, it’s new & modern with all the facilities you could think off, one of the nicest outdoor heated pools, they have amazing restaurants to choose from, & their breakfast was excellent as well. They’ve also got new electric bikes which are free to use during your stay ! The staff are very polite and helpful, they’ve got their own free porter service waiting for you at the train station upon arrival, and they also drop you back in their electric vehicles back to the train station during departure. I’d highly recommend this to hotel if you’re staying in zermatt.

Due to a power outage, we were forced to stay for three extra nights. The hostess kindly gave us a 50% discount. My younger son really liked the hotel and especially appreciated the handsome receptionist at the front desk, who often interacted with him. We will definitely come back again.

It was the best holiday I've ever had. The Matterhorn view room was very comfortable and magnificent. There is everything you need in the room. Room cleaning is done daily and they are very meticulous. Having spa and pool facilities was perfect to relieve the tiredness of the day. The breakfast was diverse and satisfying. When I got off at the train station, the hotel's free transfer greeted me. It is within walking distance of the train station and the cable cars. Thank you for the meal they prepared for me as I was leaving early in the morning on the last day. The people at the reception were very helpful and supported in every way. I left here with wonderful memories. I want to come again next year :)

This was probably the best hotel I've stayed at. It was absolutely beautiful, very swiss and in a fabulous location. The spa was exactly what was needed, and the staff couldn't do more to help.

    Superbly appointed, every thing we needed except a fondue set but the lovely host, Pamela brought us one as soon as we asked. Amazing view of the Matterhorn. Pamela met us at the station and all our bags were taken into the apartment, she then came to pick us up in town later at the check in time. The same when we left, nothing was too muck trouble. We had fresh bread & croissants delivered to our door everyday, complimentary. The apartment was cleaned and fresh bedding twice during the week. An absolute 5 star experience.

    this hotel is located in a very unique location, with an amazing matterhorn view... the decoration of the rooms and the restaurants are very nice and mountain style chic. They are mostly concentrated on the 4 restaurants and the bar, with its F&B and the service..., upscale level..., but dont expect the same for the Hotel...., the concierge Mr.Marvin is perfect, he tries his best, even opens the ski room and helps to fix your boots, during 11am and 15 pm

    Amazing hotel in Zermatt! The staff were brilliant, especially Norberto and Amanda! They even gave me a gift (some luxury slippers) as we were on our honeymoon!! Which I absolutely love!! Central location, 5 min walk from Zermatt train station, superb views of the Matterhorn, tasty food, hot tub was lovely. We will definitely be back one day. Thanks again guys for an excellent stay xx
