Such a fantastic hotel! We arrived by car and were able to park right outside the front door. Immediately a young man came out to help us with our luggage. As you enter the huge lobby you can see the amazing views. Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Really amazing architecture and design. Very friendly service. Fantastic bedrooms with wonderful views. Lots of cosy spaces and amazing log fires even in the bedrooms.

    Stunning location, really spacious hotel. Lots of good details, space to hang out with books and board games. We had a suite which was amazing, large bright windows with amazing view. We had dinner and breakfast. Dinner was exceptional, great chef with quality ingredients well executed. Breakfast was also lovely. Nice granola, fresh fruit, fresh home made bread and delicious home made marmalade. Freshly baked cakes. We had a hot tub, which was lovely if a little too hot!

    The breakfast was stellar and the waitstaff made everything run smoothly. Lots of guests to get through the breakfast and they did an outstanding job. Also, our rental car lost power when we accidentally left the lights on. The hotel staff helped us jump start the car…even to the point of bringing a staff member out there (who was parked next to our car) so we could jump our car from his. Outstanding help…above and beyond.
