As a traveller from overseas, Kevin and Issac have offered great help from the moment we arrived, having allocated the right room type in no time, they have delivered outstanding service through out our stay and made my family felt so welcomed. The staff are nice and attentive. The beds with a “pillow menu” are beyond comfortable. The view from the room over the temple area, the shopping centers and the eastern part of Chengdu is great. The food and breakfast in their main restaurant is of very good quality.
