Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

Top quality studio. Very well equipped. All what you need to rest during the long travel. Professional and very helpful staff. Rooms/studios are very clean and comfortable. Just a few minutes walk to the subway station. In the second building is located shopping centre with bars, restaurants and shops. Delicious breakfast. It could not been better.

Lovely room, newly renovated, spacious, clean, really nice toiletries and the bed was comfortable. Also very instagrammable. The hotel staff was very helpful also, helped us book taxis, loaded luggage for us and even helped book tourist tickets.

    Great hotel in the middle of the bustling city center while still maintaining a feeling of peace and relaxation. Staff is super helpful and really make you feel at home. Rooms are very luxurious and offer all convenience you might need. The breakfast is also one of the best I have ever had.

    This was my second stay. The hotel is luxurious. Personal attention from staff. The location is great for business in the High tech zone, with easy access from the international airport - seven stops on the metro. Am planning to return in October and will always stay at the Fairmont when on business in Chengdu.

    The staff are all nice and helpful, but putting hard and software together -- even their good service does not bring the standard up to 5 star. The hotel needs to quickly upgrade its hardware, for Chengdu standards it's not very competitive.

    I can't express my gratitude enough!!! As a traveller from overseas, Kevin and Issac have offered great help from the moment we arrived, having allocated the right room type in no time, they have delivered outstanding service through out our stay and made my family felt so welcomed. Crowne Plaza should be proud for having such wonderful employees who have put clients first. We will come back to Crowne Plaza next time visiting Chengdu.

    The property is modern, clean, upscale and well located. The staff are nice and attentive. The beds with a “pillow menu” are beyond comfortable. The view from the room over the temple area, the shopping centers and the eastern part of Chengdu is great. The food and breakfast in their main restaurant is of very good quality. At times, there is quite a while to wait for a la carte food both at dinner and breakfast, but perhaps for the quality and nature of the preparation.
