The location is great. Generally, it's a very nice hotel. Staff was generally nice and helpful. I'd say the room itself including the view was the highlight of our stay.

The place exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, beauty, and tranquility. Every corner speaks luxury and comfort. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible service from Mr. Sun. It’s rare to come across someone so professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Always smiling, patient, and ready to assist with anything — he made us feel right at home. A huge thank you to him; he’s truly an asset to the team.
