We have chosen it because we want to experience a Ritz stay in China. We are not disappointed. The hotel building itself is superb and historical. All details are taken care of, from the luxurious lobby to the rooms. The staff are highly amiable and ready to help at any time. The club lounge incudes set times for every meal so no need to eat out. Excellent food. Club also included 2 clothing items to be ironed and taxi journeys within 3km. All staff did an excellent job at were very helpful. Location is fantastic and very central to the city, roughly a 15 minute taxi to the Tianjin Eye and Tianjin rail station.
