Our stay at Le Méridien Xi’an was unforgettable, thanks to Hao Lan’s exceptional service. As a birthday surprise for my partner (his first time in China) Hao Lan went above and beyond—offering early check-in and even arranging a delicious complimentary cake that made the celebration extra special. We stayed at the Panorama King Room with River View, very spacious and great value. The Breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of choices. we enjoyed everything about this hotel. A modern, beautiful, and friendly hotel. A phenomenal location. However, the most important thing about this hotel is the professional staff, for whom nothing is impossible. In our case, we would especially like to thank and appreciate Doris's professionalism, commitment, empathy, and kindness. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel also offers free afternoon tea for guests. A free, fully equipped laundry room is also a plus. The hotel and staff fully deserve their five-star rating. I highly recommend it.

Staff were extremely helpful and offered choice of room as well as information about it. The facilities were excellent and great value for money. Hotels in Beijing at double the price were not so elegant and clean. Location was also excellent. It was quiet and private despite being in the very centre of Xi'an.

This is a small and charming boutique hotel very conveniently located. The room is large and clean, with all amenities. Staff are super friendly and helpful. There is an attached bar & bistro with excellent cocktails and snacks. It's also where breakfast is served. The decorations are very contemporary and I love the look. I will come here again :)
