Restaurant offer, facilities, kids size bathrobes (so adorable), swimming pool, playgrounds, kids club - it really makes parents life and vacation so much easier. Nothing I can say would do justice to how great the hotel was, the staff, basically everything! It was the first time for our daughters in the snow. The sleds were perfect for them to move around and enjoy. The food, the setting, everything was perfect! Special thanks to the Hotel Director Rolf Wernicke who was very friendly and helpful.

Everything is super clean, stylish and new! The best possible holiday location. So peaceful but still so close to the village and all possible hiking routes. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking, you can easily park your car there or even come by public transportation.

We enjoyed the most beautiful stay at Kaisers Landhaus. Set in Neuhaus just a few blocks from the train station, it was really quiet and peaceful. Very clean, spacious room and bathroom with all the necessary amenities. Nice kitchen to cook a small meal if you want. We arrived late at night and the owner Sylvie offered to pick us up at the station, which was appreciated. Highly recommended!
