Quality Service is on a whole Top Level Hospitality . Me and my wife have enjoyed staying there, and i am looking forward to visit again in the near future . I would love to thank everyone for the great hospitality they showed us.

    The hotel is over rated and over priced( i paid 600 usd per night), the only thing that was good is the house keeping staff espically ibrahim ahamd he was really helpful and cleaned the room very well i give him 5 stars rating, the breakfast was fine but compared to what i paid and to other 5 stars hotel it's considered poor,

    Kind respectful staff, Very nice pool, Clean beach and wide rooms. However, It is not value for money, the food quality is very bad with very limited choices that not matched for 4-5 stars hotels! Drinks are charged with additional amounts, despite the half board reservation !! and the activities are abscent. It wasn't satisfactory experience.
