Wonderful service, cleanliness and beautiful coral reef! Chef Abdul makes every effort to ensure that guests are satisfied - he pays attention when guests are allergic to something and helps them choose the right food or prepares something special! Very special thanks to Mr. Hesham Abdel Raoof who upgraded my room to a lovely one by the beach. Chef Hossam El Mansy is not only a superb pastry chef but a very amiable person. Warm thanks also go out to Reda Mahmoud and Ali Fathy at the restaurant, Nadi at housekeeping, and Mohamed Ali, Ahmed Raafat and Amr at the water park.
