Our stay at this hotel was truly memorable, largely thanks to the exceptional service recovery by Ms. Jailan. The most impressive part of our experience was her quick and thoughtful response to a major issue we encountered. What initially could have been a significant complaint was transformed into a genuine compliment, all because of her professionalism, empathy, and proactive attitude. I want to take a moment to commend Jailan as her quick action and dedication truly stood out. She should be incredibly proud of herself. She is a shining example of a brand ambassador. Having worked in the industry for many years, I can honestly say that what she did today exemplifies the highest standards of customer service—something every employee in this industry should aspire to. Thank you very much Jailan for turning what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and hope to meet again soon!

I had the pleasure of staying in this delightful apartment, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a sense of tranquility and comfort. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, a testament to the care and attention to detail of the host. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living area. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of this apartment is its location. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to all the attractions and amenities and close to the sea. Mr Mahmoud was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. His attention to detail and hospitality truly made me feel at home. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment with closed eyes. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, Gleem Luxury Apartments is in the heart of the city and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. I will definitely be returning on my next trip.

The Hotel was set in from the street and had a beautiful and welcoming entrance. The welcome drink was a nice touch! The modern spacious room was like the online pictures and since we faced the back, (see attached picture of view)it was quiet. The stone walls and floors are beautiful! The staff was very helpful and answered requests quickly.

    A very recent and modern hotel. Room perfectly equiped. Every equipment seems to be new. Even the gym is very well equiped with modern machines. Very nice breakfast. Incredible quality of service from the workers (reception, spa, gym, breakfast). The only and closest experience of a 5 stars we had during our whole stay in Egypt in 3 different hotels.
