Check-in parking places, and in sufficient quantity. Parking garage nearby, and hotel achieved discount, with that it is very cheap (one day was EUR 8 – instead of ~20-25 in the other cities in Andalusia). It was very empty at Thursday 3 p.m., but almost full at noon on Friday. Kind and helpful staff. 2 pillows. Full length mirror. The pool area is not crowded. We were satisfied with the bodega tour (good to know that there is 15% discount if the hotel books it for you – I suppose it is valid for the guests of the hotel). It is very cozy and calm to eat the breakfast in the garden.

Beautiful quiet hotel at the best location. Manager Ismael and an excellent staff made our stay a true pleasure! The hotel interior and artwork is very tasteful. My Junior Suite was spotless clean with an exceptional standard of comfort. I already miss the breakfast outside on the terrasse enjoying the view of the Cathedral. I´ll be back!

An amazing find, extra kind and helpful staff especially Rocio and Paloma but everyone was so open and friendly .....and the beautiful surroundings and the pool at the end of a hot day of exploring made it better than expected when in the old town.

All staff were very professional, helpful & friendly, beautiful hotel, the location was perfect for us, it is in walking distance to the attractions/ La Caletta beach, train station & many good quality restaurants. The wellness spa (sauna, steam room & small pool) is lovely & can be booked in advance for private use at a cost of 25 Euro.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. Right in the historic center of Cadiz. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The hostess is very polite and friendly.

The location in the centre of the old city is unbeatable. A close walk to all the attractions and landmarks of Cadiz Fernando in the front desk was outstanding. Assisted in everything from transfers to visits to recommendations for Cadiz. Excellent service and very professional. Carmen was lovely too
