Israelamazing place, perfect accommodation that already have everything necessary (towels, fully equipped kitchen, linen etc.) the sauna is great and big enough. Mr Saari was super nice and even tipped us when the aurora happened. highly recommend for a family or group of friends.

TurkeyHotel owners were very friendly, the hotel main building was amazing. Rooms are incredibly comfortable. The food, both breakfast and dinners were so much better comparing Rovaniemi center and Helsinki.

GermanyOur host Mike, is a wonderful person. He was polite and friendly. The night we reached he took us on a spontaneous Aurora hunt, since the next two days were cloudy and sunny. We didnt manage to see the northern lights but we had good company and he put in real efforts to drive us for 5 hours straight to find one.

The artic room was cozy n lovely and the in room sauna was a lovely experience. We took the half board and thought it was a great decision The food was fabulous....everything was cooked to perfection...Our first ever view of the Aurora was standing right outside the reception area.

Out of everything I loved here, the service was the utmost. If the room is ready, the staff allows early check-in. Especially since we had a long flight hours, early check-in was like the best hospitality. Several staff members in the lobby are all kind and understanding. Breakfast was pretty luxurious even though it only ran 8-10, which made us unable to catch up one day because of the early flight. The water was strong, the sauna was fabulous, and the kitchen was cozy but had everything we needed.

The stay in Igloo was really good. They were clean , warm and good for 2 people. The experience in sleeping with glass roof was superb. We took some activity like horse riding which was good and planetarium movie experience was also good.

"The igloo we stayed in was warm and inviting, and having a sauna to ourselves was a luxurious experience. We had half-board and the food was tailored to our dietary requirements. The selection of food was amazing and there was plenty of everything. The staff were helpful, professional, and friendly, and were always willing to answer any questions we had."

The Breakfast and dinner spread were outstanding! The hall where the food is laid is very nice with lots of sofas around the fireplace, books, games etc. The Aurora cabins are fantastic! Private Sauna and bathroom were lovely. The space was large, beds were comfortable , heating was good and there was a thermostat. Excellent coffee!
