Lovely villa in a fantastic location in Biarritz. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 2 mins from a Carrefour and multiple great restaurants. The villa was clean, extremely comfortable and stylish, and had plenty of room. The gardens were immaculate and as a luxury bonus there is a hot tub in the garden. Most of all, Sophie the host was wonderful. She was there to invite us, made us feel welcome and comfortable and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and special - especially as we were travelling with a 17 month old baby. I would highly recommend and would happily return.

Annes property is perfection like an extention of her own beautiful home it is of the highest quality in every aspect. It is spotlessly clean everywhere with top quality linen appliances furniture and every need you could imagine met for a real home from home. It is surrounded by Annes own beautifully kept garden with lots of outside space for relaxing eating out or enjoying the sun. Anne is friendly easy to communicate with and takes great pride in all she delivers. A car is best for getting to town but its not an impossible walk. The town is peaceful pretty and has lots of foodie treats. A very relaxing rural location in the mountains which sometimes means changable weather or an influx of insects especially when pepper farming is in high season lots of flies but everything Anne can control and perfect has been done and done really well.
