We were treated so well by the staff - u believable We requested upgrade and boom !!! It was given Beautiful suite with two balconies and Mont balance icy view unbeatable! No matter what we requested was granted. They booked our tickets and helped us to make a nice trip to Annecy .. Hotel car , Porche no less was always available for pick up and drop in the city… wouldn’t stay anywhere else

The best thing about the hotel was the staff- they were simply amazing! I arrived to the hotel with my mom who needed to see a doctor. Francesa and Phillipe could not have been more helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to help us. We couldn't get a taxi so Phillipe dropped us to the hospital. Francesa was so kind and caring. I would 100% return.

I had an enjoyable stay overall. If you have a car, don’t worry about the location. The room was clean, the hotel was dog-friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. I’ve never seen a well-equipped hotel like this before.
