"I can't describe the beauty of the hotel; it really feels like home. I loved the hotel so much, it is full of positivity and the hotel manager, Therese, gave us a free upgrade to a suite."He was attentive to ensuring our comfort and all our needs were met. I don't know where to start: the location, the staff, the breakfast, the beds, the cleanliness, the comfort, the atmosphere... everything top notch. We really enjoyed our Xmas getaway to this magical place in Megeve. The staff went above and beyond to help us by recommending us what to do & see during our stay. Laureen, Benjamin, Oscar and the rest of the team were so great. You rarely find so thoughtful and considerate staff. The rooms were nice, I would prefer better light in the bath to do my make up properly but that's fine, I managed. Beds super comfortable, the heat was great, the soundproof of the rooms too, can't find a fault. Hopefully when we go back to Megeve we will make sure to book there again. thank you guys, we had a great time.
