Loved the location, the accommodation, the facilities, the hosts, just everything. It really is a wonderful place to stay. Surrounded by beautiful countryside in the heart of the Peak District and close to Buxton. The accommodation is just fantastic for a family; 6 spacious bedrooms, 3 en-suite & a separate bathroom. plenty of room for the kids to disappear for a bit of peace. The communal areas were open plan on the 1st floor, with a closed off snug, which was great for a family gathering and kept all involved in activities. The hosts were amazing and had beautifully decorated the accommodation with Christmas decorations. And their fresh eggs are delicious.

Beautiful property - very spacious. Warm despite the chilly weather. Great village with one (Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese) pub - we booked ahead for food on both Friday and Saturday evening and was sensible as very busy (even in early April). Lovely walks from doorstep. Perfect central location in Buxton, which is a great town from which to explore the Peak District. Belinda & Nigel were both very welcoming. The flat itself is well equipped with everything one could need, the bed is very comfortable, and it is so quiet at night. The kitchen is also well equipped for eating at home which we appreciated. Would recommend to anyone!

    A lovely little apartment that offers everything you need. It's located right in the city centre in close proximity to the park and some shops. Great to have the private parking spot and the little seating area outside. The furniture and equipment did have a luxurious touch and were in perfect condition so I'd say 'The Luxury Apartment' definitely deserves its name. Great instructions for arrival etc and in general very attentive and caring hosts.
