The place was really clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect too. The staff were warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. We needed to store our bags for a couple hours after checkout and we spoke to Joe who kindly let us keep it in a safe area. It was so easy to access and it really made our stay so much better. The place itself was comfortable, had great amenities and was spotless.

Peaceful location in the heart of Dronfield. The barn was spotlessly clean and deceptively spacious. Fully equipped large kitchen and utility room. The owner provided a welcome food pack which was much appreciated. Off road parking which was fine for one estate car but it would be a struggle to fit a second vehicle into the awkward sloping space.

Excellent service and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and well-stocked with complimentary items, and the beds and pillows were especially cozy. Breakfast was delicious, with the added bonus of being able to choose from a made-to-order menu at no extra cost. Overall, the location is very convenient, and we enjoyed our stay.
