Everything. The staff went above and beyond to make our 1 year wedding anniversary so special. A card and Prosecco on arrival, all the staff wished us happy anniversary and even our desserts said happy anniversary. The food was 10*. So so amazing!

The room was spacious and comfortable, with all amenities supplied. We love the breakfast here, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From the incredibly warm welcome when we checked in to the beautifully decorated and comfortable hotel room. The breakfast was so good with a lot of variety and the restaurant for an afternoon drink overlooking the water was a perfect way to end the day. The staff all made you feel like you were a friend, and their family dog greeting you in the foyer was an extra special touch, I cannot say enough about this hotel. If you are travelling to Jersey do yourself a favour and stay here, you won’t regret it!

We enjoyed our time at the Panorama immensely due to the friendly, welcoming and professional staff. The whole building oozes elegance and atmosphere. Our room was well appointed and had the most spectacular view over the bay of St Aubin. St. Aubin is the perfect place to stay, it has plenty of restaurants, some shops and a good bus connection to other parts of the island, but is a bit more quaint and quiet than big sister St Helier, which lies at the other side of the bay. Breakfast was excellent with a menu to choose from and food cooked to order. The quality of the breakfast dishes was superb! The garden was well maintained and there was coffee and tea in the conservatory all day. Communication before and during our stay was also excellent.

Our stay at this incredible three story, four-bedroom house was absolutely phenomenal! The booking process was seamless, with accurate photos and details that perfectly matched the real thing. Checking in was effortless, thanks to clear instructions provided in advance. The house was a dream: impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The four bedrooms were cozy and inviting, each with plush beds that ensured restful nights. The facilities were, without question, the best we’ve ever seen across all the stays we have had to date. Featuring attention to detail shown by the outstandingly well-equipped kitchen, which in turn flows through into other spaces in the building, with every touch elevating the experience to another level. The heart of the house was the breathtaking conservatory, where we spent most of our time. Flooded with natural light and welcoming surroundings, it was the perfect spot to relax, sip coffee, and plan our days. The host was exceptional: Warm, responsive, and made our stay unforgettable. With a special mention for her generosity in providing all the essentials and a beautiful welcome basket. Located in a secluded urban area, the house was everything we needed, yet felt like a serene retreat. Booking.com made managing the reservation a breeze, and the cost was absolutely justified. We can’t recommend this house enough and are already planning our next visit. Thank you to the host for making this the stay which will be in our memories for a long time!
