The hotel exudes a cozy, homey charm, and very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and the ambiance was peaceful, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Bakuriani, with easy access to the ski slopes and local attractions. Highly recommended!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sapphire Bakuriani Hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in several ways. The location is fantastic, in a quiet part of Bakuriani yet still within easy reach of the ski slopes. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible dining experience at the hotel’s on-site Italian restaurant. The food was delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better combo of comfort, great service, and amazing meals. it definitely made my stay memorable!

In the summer, the view is breathtaking, the ambiance is refreshing, and I regard it as an exceptional resort. Numerous services are available in the vicinity. I discovered bakeries, grocery stores, traditional Georgian cuisine, and halal restaurants. Additionally, the hotel is situated in close proximity to a park and a children's play area. Gogi, the receptionist, was exceedingly accommodating and extended us several offers. I am satisfied with this experience and would recommend it to anyone. Many Arabs were present at the hotel today.
