The location very good. We got room as we order but it was some troubles in the bathroom. The guy came and tried to fix it, that not to feel uncomfortable he changed for us room to better one. For so fast and nice communication we apriciate it. They have biliard in the ground floor. Also parking what is very good for us when we came by our car. For sure 100% recommend place.

The hotel left a fantastic impression. The room was clean and comfortable, the location is great and provides a lot of opportunities to dive deep into the city and gorgeous cuisine. We were especially pleased that the Qarvasla managers did their best to resolve our issue, that was not even linked with the hotel itself. We also received a tasty wedding gift on the day of out marriage. We will definitely stay here again.
