property is an excellent choice for a family holiday, offering a full range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. We stayed in the villas ( wonderfully family running business) , which were very well equipped, including high-quality mattresses, a washing machine, and a stove for self-catering. The hotel grounds feature a private swimming pool that is consistently clean and well maintained, as well as spacious areas for walking. The on-site restaurant provides a wide selection of delicious dishes to suit every taste. In addition, the property is only a two-minute walk from a beautiful beach with unique sulfur-magnetic therapeutic sand. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed there for more than two weeks, and we enjoyed it a lot! The hotel is located at the very end of Kobuleti, has its own beach which is not too crowded. The beach has free chaise longues with sun umbrellas, and there was always enough for the guests, at least when we were there. Our room was bigger than other hotels we've been to and had a hot tub in the balcony. There was everything we needed for our stay, including a drying rack for clothes, a teapot, good WiFi, towels for the beach that were changed daily. What was also nice is that they only went into our rooms for cleaning if we asked them to - no one was coming in if we haven't specifically left the keys at the reception for someone to clean there. Overall, great experience! Also kudos to Marekhi from the reception for helping out at the start with directions to places we wanted to visit.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, it varied abit each morning. I d highly recommend paying the little extra for the sea view balconies, they are perfectly located for the amazing sunsets. English speaking staff as well which helped my greatly

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Magnetic Resort Ureki and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was promptly escorted to my room. The room itself was immaculate and beautifully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The croissants were delicious! The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated close to the sea.
